Cron Error And Services Not Activating

My cron jobs do not run automatically thought Im pretty sure I have set it up correctly and the crons are on run every 5 mins and I've set it up in cpanel aswell and when I run it manually to create the account in my WHM panel it says 'The pending service #3 from client #1500 could not be made active.' even thought the client has paid and it sets the account up in WHM.

 

Attempting to run all tasks for HostCellular.
Attempting to apply credits to open invoices.
There are no invoices to which credits may be applied.
The apply credits task has completed.
Attempting to deliver invoices scheduled for delivery.
Successfully delivered 1 invoice to client #1500 via Email.
The deliver invoices task has completed.
Attempting to provision paid pending services.
The pending service #3 from client #1500 could not be made active.
The paid pending services task has completed.
Attempting to unsuspend paid suspended services.
The unsuspend services task has completed.
Attempting to process renewing services.
The process renewing services task has completed.
Attempting plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders.
Finished plugin cron for order accept_paid_orders.
Attempting plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets.
Finished plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets.
All tasks have been completed.
Attempting to run all system tasks.
All system tasks have been completed.

What's the cron command you used mate?

 

Because the account is set-up in WHM it won't be able to re-make the account...

 

 'The pending service #3 from client #1500 could not be made active.'

- Could be for any reason you should check the logs. tools > logs > cPanel (click row)

 

It could be a bad password, username taken, etc.

after it gave the activation error it made the account so that couldn't be the problem :L

cPanel cron jobs vary (If you want it automatic):

 

- /usr/local/bin/php instead of /usr/bin/php

 

If it did it and gave a error, the server might have timed out.
