I think I was using 3.4, and it did not work.

Does this plugin simply add the bubbles? That's what I want (and not replace Support Manager).

 

I'll try again with the current version soon.

 

Use Naja7Host's plugin for just the numbers.

yes, it's add a bubbles and the ticket widgets in the client dashboard .

Is it just for clients?

I'm selfish: I want it for admin. Clients don't matter, as they'll get emails. But an admin will live in this thing at times.

Just noticed, The client side widget only shows If a client has no open tickets. But when there is an open ticket only the badge shows

the widget is shown even if the client has 0 open ticket, and the badge is shown if the client has a open tickets.

That's not what's happening on  my site. If a client has 0 tickets then widgets shows ok. But all clients with tickets the widget does not show at all
