Gogetssl Not Populating Approver Email

Question

Posted

Hey Guys,

I just setup the sandbox version of gogetssl and for some reason when you try and checkout the Approver E-mail field is not auto-populated when you put the domain in. Has anyone else run into this?

Thanks,

Ryan

Based on Mike's video, looks like there's some lag time for the approver email to appear due to the API call that it has to make with GoGetSSL. Did you give it enough time? I would use the browser inspector to see what's going on with that request also, if it can't access GoGetSSL's API, then it will never load.

Hello mate,

Works on mine: http://screencast.com/t/dAhQVMXzgp

You then said it doesn't work on General for you so I tried that and another order form and it works fine for me: http://screencast.com/t/lJIfBLbWLa5V

I use Blesta 3.3.1 and InterWorx, PHP 5.4.x and MySQL 5.5.x so It might be your environment.

GoGetSSL Module:  GoGetSSL (ver 2.0.1)

Sorry i forgot to include other application version information. MySQL 5.5.38 and PHP 5.4.30. I can try updating Blesta to 3.3.1 but it is still the same module version. I will do a screencast as well to show exactly what I am seeing. Thanks for the help BTW.

I also see the lag and do wait for it to refresh. If i click the drop down without waiting there is not anything available to click but if I do wait it either shows several "[E-Mail Protected]" or actual email entries, all based on the order form I chose to use. It I try and setup the service manually for a customer I also receive the protected email listing. See below.

Might be a server issue, can you go to Tools > Logs > GoGetSSL (Click the row) so you can see the outputs.
