Not Working Order Page

What could be the problem of the order page does not work.

Have you uploaded all the files and ran upgrade if you haven't just installed a fresh installation.

 

If it's a upgrade check the plugin: settings > company > plugins > order (Upgrade).

 

If it's a new installation are you using a control panel? If you are using InterWorx please use FTP / SSH to do it.

thanks now works with PHP version was incorrect. 

 

Now the problem is by running cron does not run every 5 minutes, , I set this to every 15 minutes? 

 

I can not change Blesta. 

* / * 5 * / usr / bin / php cron /home/olcsotar/public_html/ugyfelterulet/index.php 

 

Unfortunately, I can only run every 15 minutes.

I suppose you need to do the cron job on the control you are using */15 * * * * but your customers will be annoyed...

 

Order a service --> Pay for the service --> Have to wait 15 minutes to get a Payment added to the account & for the service.
