JustWise2 Posted Saturday at 11:55 PM Report Posted Saturday at 11:55 PM Hello Blesta Team, We're experiencing an issue with the DirectAdmin module in Blesta 5.9.3. We have three servers used for shared hosting, and we've set up packages to evenly distribute accounts among these servers. However, we've encountered a problem where Blesta pulls IP addresses from one server as seen above, but sometimes attempts to activate accounts on other servers with IP addresses not listed. This results in the following error: server1.domain.com a:3:{s:5:"error";s:1:"1";s:4:"text";s:21:"Cannot Create Account";s:7:"details";s:40:"That IP does not exist in your list<br> ";} We've tried manually selecting a server to work around this issue, but it's become tedious and has led to overselling on some servers. A similar issue was previously reported in 2022: https://www.blesta.com/forums/topic/18020-that-ip-does-not-exist-in-your-list-directadmin/, and a temporary fix was suggested by a user. However, this fix only works when there's a single IP address. It has also been reported here: https://www.blesta.com/forums/topic/23810-server-group-select-does-not-work-with-directadmin/ Considering this issue has been raised since 2022, we kindly request that you investigate this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Quote
