directadmin DirectAdmin module issue with multiserver setup

Hello Blesta Team,

 

We're experiencing an issue with the DirectAdmin module in Blesta 5.9.3. We have three servers used for shared hosting, and we've set up packages to evenly distribute accounts among these servers.

However, we've encountered a problem where Blesta pulls IP addresses from one server as seen above, but sometimes attempts to activate accounts on other servers with IP addresses not listed. This results in the following error:

We've tried manually selecting a server to work around this issue, but it's become tedious and has led to overselling on some servers.

 

A similar issue was previously reported in 2022:

Considering this issue has been raised since 2022, we kindly request that you investigate this issue as soon as possible.

Your bug report mentions Blesta 5.9.3, but this functionality was updated in Blesta 5.11 per https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-5118 Are you able to reproduce on 5.11?
