Difference Between "company / Accepted Payment Types" And "system / General / Payment Types"?

I've added "Credit Card/ACH" to "system / general / accepted payment types" as I'm using BluePay. However, this is confusing all around. From experienced users, what is the difference between these two configuration areas?

"company / Accepted Payment Types"

 

Allows you to configure allowing card payments and the Automatic clearing house (Automatic payments) I think.

 

"system / General / Payment Types"

 

These are for Manual record payment options, eg:
