Michael Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Both are sent in the email, the HTML *and* text versions. If the customers email client can display HTML, then it uses the HTML version. If it doesn't support HTML, then it uses the text version. Both should always be updated when editing an email template. Blesta Addons Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 re-open this discuss again . is thier any options to allow just welcome email of registration and activating services to be stored , as now : tickets emails creation/updates are also stored . invoice emails also stored (first/second/... due emails, ) 120Mb just for emails log is something that can make us worry about .
