Alk Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I would like to have email headers in support tickets. So for every reply received, you can click on a link adjacent to the reply (eg. "show email headers") and it shows you the email headers for that reply. This would help in 2 scenarios: 1. So that you can get IP addresses to help customers who are blocked by the server firewall 2. To combat spam (so you can setup appropriate spam filters) Similar to how this helpdesk does it: Quote
