How To Remove: Tax Id/vatin From Client Registration

Hi

 

I do not want Tax ID/VATIN to be displayed when client tries to purchase a service.

 

Anyone has any clue on how can I disable it?

 

Also if we select universal module and configure hosting packages over that, it doesn't show domain registration option, any exact steps to follow so that for hosting plans, domain option is shown, we have selected General as product category in Order form instead of domain registration and other.

 

If we select domain registration and other as product category, that is showing domain registration option but then there are only 3 options, Register, transfer and skip, register and transfer charges client a fee, and if they skip, we will never know what domain they are trying to get the hosting for.

 

anyone who is using blesta to sell shared hosting or reseller hosting packages based on cPanel/plesk without automation, using universal module?

For your second issue, you should be able to add a domain name field in the product settings for the universal module.

@Mark I checked that, and his solution doesn't seem to be working. I found another thread, and am discussing with members there to see if we can work it out.

@flangefrog can you please elaborate that? Because just adding a field won't add the domain registration option, isn't it? A step by step guide will certainly help me, as I am very new to blesta.

another issue is that I am not receiving any email to my admin id, though client emails are working good. I am not getting any ticket notifications, or order notification as an admin. Got anything to do with cron?

Ticket emails: Support > Staff > edit (Tick email boxes)

 

Normal emails: Settings > System > Staff > Staff groups > Admin (edit) > tick notices boxes then go to My Info > Notices > tick boxes.

What I meant was you can use the domain and other form, but when you set up your product in the universal module settings, add a text field called "Domain" that way when someone skips adding a domain they will still have entered the domain they want the hosting for.
