Plesk Module Not Showing Service Plans?

Hello, my blesta installation isn't showing service plans when the plesk module is active and fully setup:

 

OS: CentOS 6.5 (Final)

MySQL: 5.5.36-cll-lve

PHP: 5.4.31

Apache Version: 2.2.27

 

Plesk Server Configuration;

can you check the logs in tools - logs - modules ?

This may be caused by

1. Invalid Plesk credentials set in Blesta
2. No plans exist in Plesk
3. The Plesk API is not setup through your account to allow communication with Blesta
