Question

Good afternoon,

I am currently running Blesta on ver 3.2.2

All seemed to be great until my supplier decided to migrate servers.

Now when my client goes to buy a service at :-

http://www.multi-byte.co.uk/client/order/main/packages/shared/?group_id=1

It works fine until you click the checkout & pay button

The page then takes forever to load and comes up with a error 500 Internal sever error.

We have tried re-installing the /plugin/order folder aswell as the cpanel module and stripe gateway

Also when I got to company> backup and then downlaod backup I also get a 500 error.

I have also noticed that in the cron automation the "Provision Paid Pending Services" cron just keeps spinning with no option to clear it (have been waiting nearly 2 hours)

I have checked all of my other files everything seems fine and no logs showing errors.

Would be great if anyone had any advice, Just a note my supplier seems to thing its Blesta.

If you require a demo account to see the fault please reply.

Thanks

Try enabling error reporting

To enable error reporting, edit /config/blesta.php and change

Configure::errorReporting(0);

to

Configure::errorReporting(-1);

Then, try running your cron manually under Settings > System > Automation, and repeat the other steps where you received the 500 error. You might see more about the error.

Also make sure that curl SSL is installed, and that you still meet the minimum system requirements for Blesta posted here http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta To be sure, you can upload another copy of Blesta into a sub-directory, and then go start the installation just to see if it matches the system requirements.

Thanks I have passed this onto the supplier however could someone please explain I have turned error reporting to -1 but how do I actually see the error report?

Thanks

It will show Blesta errors when that is enabled.

This only shows modules gateway clients etc nothing has changed since changing thefile as requested

I stick by my words, your host isn't good, as you don't have a error_log and a 500 error is as Najahost said is a server error...
