snake Posted August 2, 2014 Report Posted August 2, 2014 I have enabled the orders widget and set it to always send order notifications, but I am not getting anything. SMTP settings are correct as I get other emails. I add a service to the user, activate it, the user gets the welcome email, but I don;t get the order confirmation.Any idea why ? Quote

If the Orders widget doesn't appear here, then you need to install the widget. Click Manage Widgets on the left, and drag it from the right to the left side to add it. domaingood and Michael 2 Quote
0 snake Posted August 4, 2014 Author Report Posted August 4, 2014 Thanks Paul, I got this sorted a few posts back, the issue was I had to setup notifications in the staff group. This is why I was asking if there is a setup guide, as there is no much that needs to be setup to get the system working properly, there seems to be no way to do this other than through trial and error and asking on the forum, which is very frustrating and time consuming Quote

Is there any way to accept both the order and the service at the same time ? currently I have to accept the order, then switch to accepted, find that order, select it, select services and accept that. still showing no recurring invoices though, which worries me.
