Just Few Questions..

Hello,

 

I am interested in Blesta, but have a few questions...

 

1.) Can I translate it just via translator program, so everyone who install a lang pack will get exactly the same translation, no possibility to make your own unique translation?

2.) Does Blesta support multilingual emails, customer account, invoices... so customer can choose and change language?
3.) Can Blesta automate addon domain orders and setup them automatically? Like customer orders webhosting and 2 x addon domains or customer want to order addon domain later?
4.) Can Blesta handle automatic upgrades and downgrades for hosting packages?

You can translate it and everyone can get the same translation from the site http://translate.blesta.com

Yes on the email there's tabs one per language.

Yes you can as long as a module is connected to the packages.

Does downgrade & upgrade work with addon domains also...

If client first orders 1 main domain with hosting and 1 addon domain and later "downgrades" to 1 main domain with hosting only, can Blesta automatically remove addon domain?

Sorry, you need a module for each packages, if there isn't a module you'll need to use the universal module.

The documentation is still being updated however and not fully complete, but they are complete enough to use to get started.

Yes as long as the customer cancels the service (addon).
