Alk Posted July 19, 2014 Report Posted July 19, 2014 If a client logs in to their account -> goes to "manage account" -> alters their email address (as per attached screenshot), their username (which is using their email address) does not update to reflect their new email address. Consequently, clients have difficulty logging in again! However, if you update their email address from the admin portal, the client's username is updated to reflect their new email address. As the default is to use email addresses as a client's username, this poses quite an issue.
