Cancel Orders that are **days old automatically

Cancel Order system will check orders that are pending and cancel them on the daily cron job if there are older than your predefined setting.

The Cancel Order system automatically detects if it is free order, and if it is it will not cancel it.

The Cancel Order system will then scan all pending orders, check if a payment has been made, and if not it will cancel the order for you! (it will also set the orders invoice to cancelled too!)

 

 

• Cancel Orders after a period of time without payment
• Delete Cancelled Orders after a period of time
• Delete Fraud Marked Orders after a period of time
• Cancel Unpaid Invoices after a period of time since due date
• Empty Gateway Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Module Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Activity Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Admin Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Ticket Mail Import Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Whois Log entries older older than ?? days
• Empty Saved Emails older older than ?? days
• Empty Attachments older older than ?? days (includes removing from the file system where possible)
• Empty Template cache every ?? days
• Optimize all database tables on every cleanup

Note:

Because too many farud order come and need to cancel manually some order pending.its just killing our mysql.We need to keep clean our blesta better besla can do automated.

even if they have , cancel pending order is a good request . this can be done also with a custom plugin .

Yeah I agree but the AYAH stops most spammers (robots) but yeah a way to cancel pending orders after so long would be nice. We do them manually but only get a few non paid. We leave them for 24 hours unless they contact us.

Even if I'm not likely to use that, I think it makes sense for people selling everything they can 24/7. People change their mind when they haven't already paid for something.

i remember that in one day we have made a clean to our blesta 2.5 , and we have deleted about 650 service that are suspended for a long time and about 15000$ of invoiced amount .

 

in v3 also ther are no option to delete the pending service or the unpaid suspended services .

You can only delete pending services which are not activated: Billing > Services > Pending > delete.

I pushed this up a bit in the backlog.

a TOP if we can add a exeption to some client , like the Auto Suspension field . some client we didn't want to delete thier service even if they are old and unpaid .
