0 snake Posted July 14, 2014 Author Report Posted July 14, 2014 no I haven't, i'll give that a try, however I have also noticed that the regular payments are not being recorded in Blesta either. there is no error, everything goes through ok on the paypal side, but in blesta it still says unpaid. 0 Tyson Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 Check the gateway logs under [Tools] -> [Logs] for a response from the gateway. There could be an error or no response from PayPal, which ends up not marking the invoice paid. Also, if you're running Blesta on a machine (like your personal computer) that is not accessible from the Internet, PayPal can't send Blesta a response. Quote
0 snake Posted July 15, 2014 Author Report Posted July 15, 2014 sorry should have mentioned I have checked the logs already and the transactions show up as SUCCESS. This is not a local machine, it is a public website. It seems to just be a problem with the sandbox, I switched to live mode and everything went through. Quote
