There Are No Support Departments Available

I have installed support plugin, and I have created a dept, but when visiting the support page it says

 

There are no support departments available

 

have I missed something

Have you un-ticked the "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets" box?

where is that option, I don;t see it under the dept settings.

Also I am logged in as a client anyway.

What Blesta version are you using 2.5 or 3.2.1?

 

Blesta 2.5 = None

 

Blesta 3.x.x = /plugin/support_manager/admin_departments/edit/1/ under the BIG box and Above the Email address.

 

If it's not showing when your logged in try looking at Status on the department is it Visible or Hidden?

I found it in the dept settings in the end, completely missed it before.

But un-checking the box made no difference i'm afraid.

Try un-installing the plugin and re-installing it.

ah solved it.

It was the visible/hidden option at the end.

As this setting is right after the auto close option it kinda implies that it is for the closed tickets rather than for the dept.
