kikloo Posted July 1, 2014 Report Posted July 1, 2014 Hi, A client had a domain's invoice, i recorded the payment and Blesta changed its status from suspended to active, but isn't it suppose to run the module also to renew the domain ? Thanks. Quote
0 Tyson Posted July 1, 2014 Report Posted July 1, 2014 Have you checked the module log for a reference to that event? Blesta will make any module calls necessary before unsuspending the service, unless you unsuspended the service manually and did not have "Use Module" checked. Quote
0 kikloo Posted July 2, 2014 Author Report Posted July 2, 2014 Hi, I checked the log and it shows nothing from that module. Blesta did unsuspend the service and made it active and also updated the renewal date but it never ran the module to really renew the domain name. Thanks. Quote

0 kikloo Posted July 3, 2014 Author Report Posted July 3, 2014 What Registrar Module are you using? Hi, I am using LogicBoxes ..in that ResellerClub. Thanks. Quote
0 kikloo Posted July 4, 2014 Author Report Posted July 4, 2014 Hi, This again happened, the domain did not renew and everything else worked. The date was extended by blesta, the invoice was closed, but the domain was not renewed. There was nothing in the logs about it. Seems blesta is not running the module. What to do ? Thanks. Quote
0 Tyson Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 There should be a cron log that at least says the task Provision Paid Pending Services task was attempted. If a request was made to the module, it should be in the module log. Does the service have an order-id attached to it? When you go to manage the service and view a tab, like the Nameservers tab, does it say something like "This information is not yet available"? If so, then there is no order-id set for that service, and it can't perform any remote requests. The order-id should have been automatically determined when the service was originally created.
