Cron Job Not Working After Upgrade

Hi ,I upgrade my blesta to latest version and after upgrade cron job not running any more.it is working when run manualy.I already read topics about this issue and i have ioncube_loader installed ,at the end cron worked fine with 3.1.3 version few days ago but after upgrade  I must run it manualy and yesteday I decide to set web cron triger on my VPS every 30 min(web cron work also fine) till I fix this

try deleteing the cron and ad it again .
