Solusvm Kvm Console

Does anyone here use the SolusVM module with KVM?  We're getting a VNCViewer.class java error on the console tab.  We've followed the steps in the wiki regarding adding the necessary files.  I believe this was working for us and has now stopped.  Does anyone else have this working still?  Are there additional steps beyond adding the required files?

If it worked before, but has since stopped working, what has changed between now and then? It sounds like the VNCViewer class is not accessible any longer via the associated .jar within the /vendors/vnc/ directory you added. Have you tried to update or re-include any of the files?

Tried replacing files many times with latest from the SolusVM install.  Still no joy.

SolusVM support claim its an issue with Blesta:

 

 

"The way the applet is being displayed is the issue. The path in the codebase="/vendors/vnc/" must be incorrect

Sorry to bump this topic again.

 

Anyone succcess when using Blesta with SolusVM:

 

- Console for openvz ?

- Console for KVM ?

- HTML5 VNC for KVM ?

 

All these console type apply for Blesta + SolusVM.

 

Also already copy a folder vnc under SolusVM master to vender/vnc

No bro, everything is working fine and nginx is only user who is have execute permission (exec php, upload file, create folder via php script....) for this virtualhost only. It's not the root cause for this problem.

 

Beside that WHMCS is working fine without problem.

 

Also we have contact with SolusVM (Technical level 3 escalated already) and they said like below screenshot:

After changing from SSL to none SSL the problem for KVM console is ok now but openvz console still error like below images:

I think Java security requirements are much higher than they were previously. You may need to add your site to the security exception list from your Java Control Panel before the console will load. Ideally, we'd like to setup an HTML5 version of the console instead.

We are looking into adding the noVNC console for KVM, HVM, and possibly signing the jcterm applet to get around that security exception. SolusVM's jcterm applet was recently signed by OnApp.

Correct, that's what i'm consider because console for OpenVZ at SolusVM client and WHMCS client using JCterm while Blesta using SSHTerm-applet.
