Directadmin Use Module Bug

When unticking "Use Module" the module is still trying to use the module.

• Provide detailed steps necessary to reproduce the issue.

Manage > untick use module > Active

• List any generated errors. (The "Oh Noes" error pages are very helpful.)

Cannot Create Account

I believe this issue is related to CORE-1133, fixed in v3.2.0-b1, and described in another thread.
