I do like the idea of the ticket closing after so many days and can set a auto message to be sent.

Not in full but I have to say great way to add the multitask menu wen a ticket is selected

I will merge all your new feutures and the way how muiltiselect works to Blesta Way

I will only have time to see all on the next tusday

I hope time pass fast to start working on our Blesta 3.2
