For some reason if I click the order button nothing happens and I really need to start my hosting services.

Have you set the default order form? packages -> order forms -> settings

 

Or is this within a product itself?

But now  my packages are not showing up.

Did you add the group to the order form?

Packages > Bottom move group from right to left > Save
