When scheduling a service cancellation, it would be great if the Specific Date radio button is automatically selected if I enter a value in the date field (either through typing or using the date picker).  I had the situation today where I had gone through a list of scheduled cancellations, and only realised towards the end that I had to enter a date as well as change the radio button.

 

This would be a handy user interface enhancement.
