Doesn't Send "welcome Message"

When I add a new hosting service to a client, the "welcome message" of that hosting package, isn't sent. anyone know how to fix this?

- Do you have the cron set up:

- Anything in the logs:

 

I would check your welcome email, what does it contain? Is it using correct tags, a tag might make it not sent probably. 

 

Is the service active automatically or manually?

 

If possible can you post the welcome email here?

Are other emails sent?

 

Using invalid tags within the email can cause this kind of issue. What module are you using? Do you mind posting the text and html content for your service creation email template, and the package welcome content?
