Move From Boxbilling To Blesta

Hello i don't know and i span forum or not. It possible to move my cpanel client on blesta? and i use boxbilling as my billing software and do we have the manual way ? Please really need a suggestion

There's currently no importer available, but if you don't have a large number of clients in bb, you should be able to recreate them in Blesta and add their cPanel accounts through the Add Service option on their client profile pages. Just uncheck the "use module" option, so that it does not attempt to create the accounts again on your cPanel server.

Are you running the latest version, 3.1.2?

We'll need steps to reproduce. This was a bug in a past release, but has since been corrected. I tested this myself on 3.1.2 yesterday, by unchecking the "Use Module" option when creating a cPanel account and it worked flawlessly. If you're experiencing the issue on 3.1.2, please open a thread here - http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/forum/22-bugs/. Be sure to read  first, and we'll need steps to replicate.

You need to untick "Use module" so it doesn't call cPanel.
