Enom .co.uk Registrations

Question

Posted

We have just had a customer order a .com & .co.uk

The .com went through fine but the .co.uk didn't register

In Blesta Admin it says: User Defined Extended attribute: registered_for is required for registered_for

"It means the client didnt enter the "registered for" field on the domain order"

There is no option to select this in the Blesta client view, Anyone else ran into this?

If you go to the billing tab, click on widgets, get the order widget up, click pending, then click on manage.

You might be able to see the information the client put in, if you can select: Personal | Limited Company or something. Does it work?

I've not used the Enom module but I think that might be a way, but I'm guessing here sorry.

Theres no option to select personal or limited etc.

All it gives you is domain name and 4 name server fields.

I've manually ordered it and I still can't assign it to the customer.

Paul has given some useful info in case anyone else has this issue:

Try creating it from the beginning with the Add Service option on the client profile page. I tested in our environment, and with the use module option unchecked, it did add the service to Blesta.

The above did indeed work.

I've just experienced the same issue in 3.3.1.

Adding the service manually via the Enom module also threw the registered_for error forcing me too add the service not via module and register it manually via the Enom site.
