I have recently installed Stripe Payments gateway in my Blesta account following the instructions I could find and have made a manual payment successfully.
Unfortunately, the e-mail from Blesta was missing some information from the payment details. Here below is the example:
::
Hi Miguel,
We have successfully processed payment with your , ending in . Please keep this email as a receipt for your records.
Amount: 62.50 kr. Transaction Number:
::
As you can see, the payment card type, last four digits and transaction number are missing. I find that strange, since the payment went through correctly, but when I look at the payment details in Stripe I can see that some variables are named differently than in Blesta (e.g. "last4" versus "last_four").
I am pretty new to this, so could it be I missed something during the installation and set-up? Stripe has a test mode, but would that allow me to test that the e-mails from Blesta have the complete information?
Any help anyone can provide will be much appreciated!
