Add Service Is Showing Blank Page

Hello, 

 

I am trying to add new service from admin panel of blesta protal for a client. When I select package from dropdown list and the click on continue button is display noting.

 

Please help.

This is the wrong sub-forum for this.  But, anyways, what does your logs in both Blesta and for the web server say?

 

Another thing to check is to make sure your PHP setup has enough memory allocated to it.

Can you replace the blesta files except the config file.

This might work but as long as proper PHP error reporting is set up (which typically is by default) it will say something along the lines of "x bytes exhausted maxmium allowed of y bytes".  I had this issue before with 2.5.
