Setting The Date Created For A Service

I am evaluating Blesta - a couple of questions please. . .

 

When setting up existing clients is it possible to set/change the 'Date Created'?

 

Is there a way of importing Clients and Subscriptions directly from Pesk?

You can edit the database to change the start date if you really want to. However you can just edit the renew date.

I assume you mean the date the service was created, in which case, no, you can't change this through the interface.

 

 

Is there a way of importing Clients and Subscriptions directly from Pesk?

No, there is no method of importing clients/subscriptions from Plesk and into Blesta. You would need to create each of the corresponding services in Plesk with clients in Blesta, and uncheck the "Use Module" box before provisioning the service.
