Custom Description For A Service

I would like to be able to add a little description when adding a service to a client.

 

For example, we are selling domains to client and I would like to add the domain name when adding a service, so the client, can know easily, which domain we are talking about when he's paying.

That's using a module that manage domain registration.  But how to do that using the Universal module ?
