Packages Not Showing

Okay, I successfully connected cPanel to Blesta. But now, when I am trying to create packages on Blesta, I can only find the Reseller packages from webhostingbuzz. Not the one I created at WHM. What am I doing wrong? Livechat told me to contact you guys here, though.

If you go on http://skyservers.biz/ordre, and click on Ordre, it'll redirect you to the wrong page! to http//skyservers.biz/ordre/order, but when I try fixing it. It goes back to only /ordre

Ok have you edited the portal urls? You can view the source.

 

Also you need to go to packages > order forms > default: select the main form.

Also have you done what I said before about the default form, if you don't edit that it won't redirect anywhere but the portal. 

 

 

If that doesn't work then you might have a htaccess code mucking it up.

Uh, yeah. I went into the Order Forms, but I can't see any Default there. Although I created the last package you see on the photo. That is also how I managed to buy hosting for 1 NOK. Though I didn't get the mail automatically.

Ah, yeah. Fixed. But the problem now is that it doesnt automatically activate the hosting. I have to do it manually. And I created a test user. The result of the cPanel information is in the photo I put in the other post. Could you help me with that?

Ok it could be due to a secure password.

 

Try it with a strong password on signing up.

Nop, I haven't MaxMind on. Uhm, Okay then. I'll try changing the password. But it shouldnt have anything with that. As not all customers would have a very secure password, and they still expect the system to deliver the webhosting as fast as possible.

Blesta I believe doesn't run insecure passwords it will give an error. That error means it wont create the account.

Was an invoice created for the client after ordering the hosting service? And was that invoice marked paid? If it's not paid, it will not be automatically provisioned. Do you have your cron setup and running? Is it set to provision paid pending services (see [settings] -> [Automation])? You may need to wait up to the interval set there before it will be provisioned automatically. If you're still having issues, check the module log under [Tools] -> [Logs]. Click on a row corresponding to the service provision attempt and look for errors. If cPanel failed to provision the service, an error would be shown in the logs.

Well, I did it once again for 0.00USD. It didn't work, here too. But as I manually ran Cron, which should run every 5 minute, it sent me the activted and copy of invoice mails.

If you are willing to trust me, I don't mind having a look with you to see if we can fix it. Otherwise it's best to PM Tyson, Cody or Paul with information on how to log in to the administration area and maybe FTP access to see if they can diagnose it.
