Ticket Emails Sent From Template Email Address

Currently emails are sent from the email template email address and not the department address, is this normal behaviour?  Is there any way to change it so ticket emails are sent from their department addresses?

Yes it is normal, you need to edit the email address on the template, there was a feature request I think about using the department emails.
