Support Tickets

Hey,

 

When users are creating a support ticket they get to the bit which says "Open Ticket" and then it tells them to login to their account. I find this an issue because the tickets are for pre-sales.

 

Do you know how I wouldn't need to make them signup before submitting a ticket?

On the department untick the option which says "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets"

I have done but it still redirects to the dept. 

 

I have realised since this thread that they can only reply back by the emails and not clicking the link to go to the support area. 

 

also on ordering

would I be able to blank that screen and just go directly to http://prntscr.com/2d4qog

 

as I don't really think both of the screens are needed.

I don't get why you get a login, we don't have a issue with the support departments.

 

There isn't a way because if you have set up the order form with the gateways needed they get a option to pick a gateway, and each end page is different per gateway.
