Blesta 5.22
/admin/clients/recordpayment/34/164/
Debian 10, PHP 7.4.27, MariaSQL 10.3.31, Theme: Standard Blesta bootstrap

Problem:
I have some clients paying in IDR.
1 US$ =~ 14k IDR.
When I try to apply payment message is:

"One or more Amount to Pay values could not be applied to the specified invoice. Ensure that the Amount to Pay does not exceed the Amount Due on the invoice, that the invoice is open, and the sum of the Amount to Pay values do not exceed the Payment or Credit Amount."

Please fix this bug ASAP!!

The amount in the "Amount to Pay" box cannot exceed the "Payment Amount". If the payment is 5 million, you cannot apply 10 million to the invoice. Change the Amount to Pay to be equal to the Payment Amount and it should work.

This is not a bug.

Hey Paul
thx for your reply and for letting me see the solution.

But why should Blesta suggest to apply full invoice amount when the "Payment amount" entered  is less than due amount?

Doesn't really make sense and I consider this a bug!

A single line of js code would make sure that this problem can't occur.
Or better just omit the editible "amount to pay" field which does not seem to make sense when the "Payment amount" has already manually been entered above!
