Chris1669 Posted December 12, 2013 Report Posted December 12, 2013 Hi Guys I was just trying to create a (New Package) (Product) but is asking me: "You must specify a universal module product." Now when I go to the modules to the "Universal Module" which is what I have I am totally lost. I will not be providing any Web Hosting Services I will be providing just services so there is no need for me to add any other module but the Universal one. There is not sufficient information on the "Universal Module" that explains in detail how to proceed I am just like in the dark, I see the options: Module Options Package Options Service Options Where can I find detailed information about this ? This is all the information I found about modules: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Modules http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Universal+Module And I see nice screenshots but "no information" , no example of "Add Product". What can I do any one can help ? I am starting to get frustrated. Thank you guys. Quote
Paul Posted December 12, 2013 Report Posted December 12, 2013 You can create a universal module product with just a product name and that's all. You'll then be able to create a package using this universal module product. If you want to ask the customer for information during checkout, then the screenshot at http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Universal+Module for service options may help you. Documentation is still in progress, and it's being updated nearly every day, but we have more yet to do. Happy to answer any questions you may have, and there are others here willing to help as well!
