0 101101101 Posted December 11, 2013 Report Posted December 11, 2013 Mod rewrite is not enabled, or htaccess is not supported by this server. You must disable pretty URL support in Blesta by removing the .htaccess file. I would try this: You must disable pretty URL support in Blesta by removing the .htaccess file Remove the .htaccess file in the root of your Blesta install. Quote
0 Chris1669 Posted December 11, 2013 Author Report Posted December 11, 2013 I have managed to solve the problem, @ 101101101 thank you for you response that was not the solution but provided me the idea on how to solve the problem. Ok so the problem was that I uncompressed the blesta program at public_html and all files where placed at public_html why ? simple because the folder says public_html, would be a great idea to rename this folder to something else as this causes confusion. So the htaccess from blesta was some how conflicting with my htaccess file as they both where on public_html. How was this solved ? I deleted all the files and folders in public_html and extracted the blesta program again and renamed the folder that did the trick. Hope this helps some one in the near future, it would be great to change the folder name and specify what I mentioned above. Thank you all ! Quote

0 R.W's Posted December 14, 2013 Report Posted December 14, 2013 We've been strongly considering this. Please do it asap . Even i was facing the same issue.I managed to solve it by moving it to public_html/billing . If you want me to run any commands on my server to resolve it, do let me know Quote
0 Michael Posted December 14, 2013 Report Posted December 14, 2013 I think it's down to common sense, VBulletin and Xenforo call their folders upload. Blesta has public_html, it's just a folder name. You move the files out of the folder if your using it in folder you unzip'ed it in. Quote

I think it makes more sense the way it is personally. Michael 1 Quote
