Partial Refund?

Per the issue we had here; is it possible to issue a partial refund?  It looks like we can modify the transaction and refund the whole charge but between the waiting period for refund and then reapplying a payment with the right amount it's going to create a ding on their credit card for a few days.

 

I'm assuming not but I thought I'd ask.

I only did it with paypal, and did it on their system and then recorded a -10.00 transaction.

Blesta does not issue partial refunds, only full refunds. We suggest doing a full refund, and then another charge for the new amount.. however, if your gateway will allow you to do a partial refund, you can do it there, and then void the transaction in Blesta (NOT using the gateway, uncheck that box) and by recording a new payment for the new amount.

Nope, and it's not been very highly requested. You may wish to start a feature request thread for this though, so we can gauge interest.
