Polaris Posted March 7, 2021 Report Posted March 7, 2021 Hello, Good day! For every order received, Blesta will send 2 email notifications with subject: An order has been received. The first with content: A new order has been received by the system. Summary Order Form The second email: Order Form: xxxxxx Order Number: xxxx Status: pending But both email being send into nowhere. So my email daemon will always send me 2 error messages saying: Mail failure - no recipient addresses A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted. I look around but still could not find the setting or function to fix this issue. Please help. Thank you. Quote

0 hapkido Posted September 14, 2021 Report Posted September 14, 2021 Finally found it how to resolve after checking the code itself, phew! You to go to Billing Overview(each staff account), scroll all the way down to Orders, click the setting icon, and you see the Notifications setting! You can select always send for Email. If u want to see the code or db, the table to reference is order_staff_settings, you can search the code or db. But I also found some reply few yrs ago.. might be a good reference. Hope this helps someone! Quote

Hello,
Good day!
For every order received, Blesta will send 2 email notifications with subject: An order has been received.
The first with content:
A new order has been received by the system.
Summary
Order Form
The second email:
Order Form: xxxxxx
Order Number: xxxx
Status: pending
But both email being send into nowhere. So my email daemon will always send me 2 error messages saying:
Mail failure - no recipient addresses
A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted.
I look around but still could not find the setting or function to fix this issue.
Please help.
Thank you.
