insecure payment page

I will try here as my critical ticket is still waiting after 5 and half hours (8899025)

While testing my website to make sure it is work i noticed on then payment page it states the page is insecure and yet the site has a full SSL certificate which is working according too https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=majestyhosting.com.
So i dont know if their is anything i need to tick within the blesta admin area to make the payment page secure

1. which gateway?

2. Do you force HTTPS?

3. Is this a VPS / Shared hosting / reseller etc

4. which payment page is it the one clients click to pay or a returned page or?

Its OK Paul sorted this

it was an issue in the .htaccess file
