Hi. I am trying to add a cPanel server to my Blesta installation. I typed in the server's FQDN, root for the user, and the key. I keep getting the following error:

 

A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, User Name, and Remote Key are correct.

 

SELinux is disabled, and everything is up to date. Blesta is not on the cPanel server.

 

Any ideas?

Do you have curl-ssl in your PHP? Is your firewall allowing egress port 2087 and 2086?

Try the server IP in the hostname section.
