I want to know the logged user is administrator or member or staff.

Go to ..  tools>> User Logins

 

There you will see the details of all users logged into your system

You can also see users online on the system overview widget on your home tab. If they are logged in, you will see a Blue bold username.

 

If you don't see them on the overview widget, click the little cog on the right hand side and tick the active users checkbox.
