Order Forms Help

Hi all.

I am new to blesta and I am in need of some urgent help.

Ok so I set up my packages and order forms. But when I click order or go to order page no services or items show to purchase..

You can see my site at luxuryservers.com click order and hopefully you'll see what I mean.

It could be your currency exchange causing this.

Go to settings > currencies

Untick all except

Allow Client to Set Currency

Automatically Update Exchange Rates

If you have them ticked then ensure your packages only have USD set and also try swapping Google to Yahoo. Then update rates then change back to Google.

Make sure you have a currency selected on the order form. This will be near the bottom of the form right above the gateway settings. If you do not have a currency selected the order forms will not show any packages.

Unfortrully I tried that just now and it still wont work..

I also have that done already. Have a look at the image below is that the setting you are talking about under order forms?

Click on the standard and click the left arrow.

CubicWebs is right. You need to add the group for your products to show up.
