+1. I have requested this for a while already, since v3 beta.

It's pretty low on our priority list, but something we're interested in adding support for. Have you tried contacting Kayako about it? Maybe they are willing to build in support like they have done for other billing applications.

I'd rather have vision support done first...and I've already spoken with them and they are currently trying to figure out where to prioritize it (they already have login integration).
