Service Activated On Cpanel But Not In Blesta?

I recently setup cPanel in Blesta to automatically setup orders. I received the payment in Blesta but the service is still listed as pending, when I try to activate it even with the Run Module unchecked it still tells me it already exists in cPanel, which is correct.

How do I activate this service on Blesta?

That's weird and you can activate it on your Blesta by unticking the "use module" checkbox mate.

What version of Blesta are you running mate? which module (cPanel or cPanel Extended) and what version are you running of the module? Because I don't get that so I'm just thinking about that.

 

I use 3.0.5 Blesta (I use both cPanel modules)

cPanel: ver 1.0.7

cPanel Extended: ver 1.0.1

 

I hope the guys can help you with this when they are in the office mate.

I run the latest versions. I managed to manually change it to active via phpMyAdmin.

Did the cPanel account exist previously? If so, Blesta would not have been able to create it and the service would remain as pending.

 

If it did not exist, and Blesta created it but left the service pending, it's likely the cPanel server returned an error even though it created it. I'd check Tools > Logs > Module Log for a record of that, it may indicate what happened.
