hpno Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 When replying tickets to customers, currently, Blesta helpdesk just shows "Support", "Sales", etc. even with different staff. Is it possible to assign staff name there? For example, when Cody replies, the sender would be Cody Phillips <support@blesta.com>. When Paul replies, the sender would be Paul Phillips <support@blesta.com> It looks more personal support than general. Thanks. Quote
