MDHMatt Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 cpanel module is creating the account and services even when the client hasnt yet paid for the services. This happens even with provision services once activated enabled, it just seems to ignore it Quote
Tyson Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 Is there an open invoice for the service? Services are provisioned automatically if the associated invoice is paid, or if there is no open invoice associated with it. Quote
MDHMatt Posted August 16, 2019 Author Report Posted August 16, 2019 Created an invoice/ ad service, client has yet to pay, service is activated/provisioned it seems to ignore the option of waiting for the client to pay. It also recreates the service if deleted from server before paying Quote
Paul Posted August 16, 2019 Report Posted August 16, 2019 Did you create the service and invoice in the admin area under their profile, or did the client place an order? When adding a service, admins can opt to have the service created right then. The status should be set to "Pending" if it should not be activated until after the invoice is paid. The invoice must be generated as part of adding the service, you can't add an invoice afterward because it won't be linked to the service. Quote
MDHMatt Posted August 16, 2019 Author Report Posted August 16, 2019 I created it in admin for client, set as pending. Tick box for provision once paid was set, cpanel still sent email saying service was created and active even though client had yet to pay. Quote
