iAlex Posted October 25, 2013 Report Posted October 25, 2013 I just had to cancel a service, and realised that the quantity of the package did not increase once I had cancelled it. I think this would make sense to have, as you're freeing up a package. I'm using 3.0.5 with the cPanel/WHM plugin. Amyamoxylea 1 Quote

iAlex Posted October 26, 2013 Author Report Posted October 26, 2013 You set how many packages of each service you have when setting up Blesta with cPanel/WHM, this decrements when a user signs up for said package, but when that user account gets cancelled, I would expect that package amount would increment by one again as you now have one more space. Michael Posted October 26, 2013 Report Posted October 26, 2013 I'm not sure if it is a bug but it would be a nice feature I guess. Quote
iAlex Posted October 26, 2013 Author Report Posted October 26, 2013 Yeah I wasn't sure either, but otherwise it means you will have to go in to top the quantity up now and again. Quote
MemoryX2 Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 I think it should be an option. Out beside quantity available a check box for automatic inventory manager. The inventory manager would automatically add back canceled services to the available inventory. It should be an option though because for some products primarily physical ones, the service may be cancelled but you may not have the item back to resale or the item may no longer be in new condition. This would mainly apply to non web-hosting clients Quote
Tyson Posted November 6, 2013 Report Posted November 6, 2013 I moved this to the Feature Requests forum, since this is not a bug. I can imagine, for some services, you may want to add the quantity back to the package, but certainly not for every package as MemoryX2 pointed out. There would need to be some feature that allows you to make such a determination. Quote
