Blesta not sending order to cPanel

When an order is placed and paid on my blesta server its not sent to cPanel, it gets stuck on pending and i have to manually activate it.

 

NOTE:
- I run blesta in the same server as cPanel inside a cPanel hosting.

- I havent activated manual approval for orders.

Have you got the cron set-up correctly?
Do you have any errors in the logs? tools > logs > modules > click the row background called cPanel.

Was it you that I chat with earlier? If yes, then it was the cron job - it wasn't set up on the server. In case any others have this issue, make sure you set up the 5 minute cron job. Settings > System > Automation shows what the command should be, but the cron must be created on your server.

if you have correctly your cron, it take 5 minuts.
