I'm also getting this problem. I installed Blesta today via cPanel. When I click either the name of the email template to edit or the 'edit' link on the right the page simply reloads :(

Hi,

Blesta was installed via Installatron in my hosted cPanel account, nothing to do with Cloudflare (that I know of... never heard of Cloudflare until you posted it above).

My installed version of Blesta is "Version 4.3.2".

Normally, when there is an update available for any installatron/cPanel installed software there's an option to update it in cPanel. But it looks like 4.3.2 is the latest version available that route :(

Was there a known issue in older versions of Blesta where it was not possible to edit email templates? I've not had any trouble editing any other settings, including things like Signatures, default 'Index Page Content' etc.  It's just the email templates.

Thanks

I will uninstall my cPanel/Installatron version sometime soon and try doing a manual install of the v4.4.2 download available from this site. Hopefully that'll sort it out for me, I'll post back with my results as soon as I can!

I fully removed the Installatron installed version and it's database then manually installed the latest v4.4.2. This solved the issue for me, I can now edit email templates! Thanks

I wonder what they are doing to cause issues. @Paul

That is unusual, I wonder if there is an issue with Installatron. Anyone else with Installatron willing to give it a try and see if you can reproduce the issue with email templates? Looks like they are behind on updates also. I'd reach out to them about updating, but 4.5 will be out soon so I'll wait until then.
